How Math & Literacy Night Works

To host a Math & Literacy Night event, Droll 2 Play requires access to your school gymnasium.

Setup and Pack-Up

• Setup takes approximately 2–2.5 hours
• Pack-up requires approximately 1.5 hours
• A clean gym floor is required

A typical Droll 2 Play crew includes:
• 1 technical setup expert
• 1 Mega FUN facilitator

Depending on your gym size, 10–12 interactive stations are set up.

Gym Guidelines

• No shoes permitted in the gym during the program
• Students are encouraged to wear silly socks
• A “Shoe Parking Lot” mat is provided
• No food or drinks permitted in the gym

Volunteers

Math & Literacy Night relies on volunteers to help facilitate stations.

Schools are asked to provide 10–20 volunteers, such as:
• Intermediate or high school students
• Parents
• Teachers
• School council members
• Administrators
• Approved community volunteer groups

Each station requires 1–2 facilitators.

Droll 2 Play provides 20 minutes of training before the event begins.

Gym Availability
